Finding activities for kids to do in the Spring may not be difficult, but I do enjoy making bucket lists for to do with my kids. Here are 60+ Spring activities and some links to fun activities to do, as well as bucket lists you can print and use yourself.

1. Games for Outside
Getting the kids outside is always one of my number one goals. Here is a list of some of kids’ (I have 5) favorite ways to play outside in the Spring. Most are free as long as you have a ball, a jump rope, a hula hoop, a kite, bubbles, etc.
– make a fairy garden

– have an Easter egg hunt
Easter egg hunts are so much fun for the kids. we like to put small treats in the eggs and hide them throughout the yard. They use their little Easter baskets and it can take them up to an hour and they have the best time.
– make a backyard obstacle course
– throw a frisbee
– play with a hula hoop
– jump in puddles: singing in the rain also works as well
– play tag
– play jump rope
– blow bubbles
I like to get a giant jug from Target for like $5. It lasts all Spring and Summer is so easy to refill the smaller containers.
– play catch

– draw with chalk
2. Relaxing outside
– look for rainbows
– read a book outside
– have a picnic
– watch a sunrise
– cloud watch
– go for a family walk
– lie in the sunshine

3. Places to Go

4. Nature Oriented Spring Activities
– press flowers
– hunt for a 4-leaf clover

5. Crafts
– decorate a flower pot
– make a bird feeder
– dye Easter eggs
– make a Spring craft

– make a bird house: we’ve used this kit from Amazon and it has worked great for us.
6. Indoor Spring Activities
– create a treasure hunt
– Spring coloring sheets: like these from Artsy Dee
– learn how plants grow
– make homemade lemonade
– make a gratitude list

– do a Spring scavenger hunt
– make a flower bouquet

There are so many more Spring activities that you can do to continue to live liturgically, but here is just a small list of some of the most important activities to do in Spring.
